Terms & Conditions 1. All orders beginning at 10,000
sheets/20,000 labels will need to be quoted and will need complete shipping information. 2.
Samples are available and recommended on any larger size order. A sample pack will consist of 5 sheets of each grade.
3. Returns must be pre-approved and the customer must pay the return shipping cost. We will
issue a refund less our original shipping cost. If an order is lost in transit due to the customer not providing an
accurate address or undeliverable address we will re-ship once we get the item back but must receive additional shipping
payment. 4. If an item that has a valid address does not arrive at a customer location
or arrives damaged, we will assume responsibility to replace or refund payment. 5. All
orders 5,000 sheets/10,000 labels and smaller will ship within 24 business hours (m-f). Orders larger than 5,000 sheets/10,000
labels will ship within 72 business hours. 6. Orders over 5,000 sheets/10,000 labels are
non-returnable if the customer does not ask for, receive and approve samples first.
